What qualifies as a referral?
A qualified referral needs to pass a few criteria.
- Both you and the new client need to acknowledge the referral in order for it to be valid.
- The new client needs to have paid their first invoice in order for rewards to be distributed.
- The new client needs to have met the minimum spend threshold of $350 + GST.
If all the above criteria are met, our team will reach out to you to provide a confirmation of the granted rewards & to book in future development work or hosting discounts.
How quickly do I get my rewards?
Rewards are distributed within the same week that your qualified referral is established. Our team aims to have a 48hr turn around for initial outreach for a new qualified referral.
What if I provide on-going referrals?
For clients who are excited to share our services & are able to provide consistent referrals, we are more than happy to explore custom referral schemes. The minimum for this agreement is 1 referral a week or 4 referrals a month.
